New: Anticipatory AI agents

LifeRunner

Never lose the thread.

A local-first, cloud-synced AI work command center for professionals. Track what still needs follow-through and the decisions that shape your work across email, meetings, tasks, contacts, and documents — all in one connected work graph.

BUILT FOR PROFESSIONALS WHO WORK ACROSS

📧 Email 📅 Calendar ✅ Tasks 👥 Contacts 📄 Documents

You shouldn't be the integration layer between your own tools.

You copy email links into tasks. You search your inbox before meetings. You track who owes you a response in your head. You reconstruct old decisions from scattered threads. AI tools help, but they wait for you to ask the right question — and create another stream of outputs to review. Work creates follow-ups, handoffs, and unfinished cycles faster than our tools help us notice, clarify, and move them forward.

Features your work will love

Everything LifeRunner does serves one goal: reduce the mental load of remembering, reconstructing, and managing everything that still needs attention or follow-through.

Email. Where work actually starts.

Most productivity tools treat email as an input. LifeRunner treats it as a core part of the work graph — the place requests, decisions, and follow-ups originate.

Move through large inboxes quickly. Search years of messages locally. Get concise AI thread summaries. Find related conversations by meaning, not just keywords. Track threads where you're waiting for a response.

🧵

Thread summaries

Catch up on long threads without re-reading every reply.

⏳

Waiting-for tracking

See who hasn't responded — and when to nudge.

Tasks. That remember their origin.

Most task managers capture what needs to be done. LifeRunner also captures why — and keeps the source thread, meeting, person, and decision attached.

Hierarchical tasks, projects, custom fields, list and board views. But underneath, every task knows the conversation that created it, what "done" means, who asked, and what the next move is.

✅ Send Q3 board memo

Requester: Janet Liu (Chair)
Done means: not specified — clarify?
✨ Suggested next move: ask Janet for memo template

🎯

Definition of done

Clarify ambiguous tasks before they stall.

🪜

Subtasks & projects

Hierarchical structure, custom fields, saved views.

Meetings. In context.

Calendar events aren't isolated blocks of time. They're part of ongoing conversations, decisions, and follow-ups.

Before a meeting, see prior threads, pending follow-through involving attendees, things you owe, prior decisions, documents to review, and a suggested agenda. After a meeting, capture decisions, follow-ups, and recap drafts.

For any person or organization, see related threads, open tasks, things you owe them, things they owe you, prior decisions, recent activity, and patterns of ambiguity or delay. Built for client-facing work and long-running relationships.

📊

Pattern detection

Spot delays, ambiguity, or stalled threads.

AI. That builds structure, not chaos.

LifeRunner's AI doesn't wait for you to ask. It watches your work graph for moments that matter and surfaces useful context — restrained, useful, timely. Not noisy.

It identifies what still needs follow-through, classifies topics, suggests next moves, and drafts replies. You stay in control: infer, don't impose. Suggest, don't require. Coach, don't police.

✨ This morning
"Possible follow-up detected — track it?"

Follow-Through Intelligence

🔮

Anticipatory, not reactive

Surfaces context and next moves at the moments that matter — before meetings, when due dates approach, when replies arrive, when follow-through is at risk.

🕸️

One connected work graph

Email, tasks, meetings, contacts, documents, and decisions linked together with typed, bidirectional links — instead of trapped in separate apps.

🪜

Trust ladder for AI

Frequently asked questions

Have a question we haven't answered? Get in touch.

What does "local-first" actually mean?

Your connected work data — email, tasks, calendar, contacts, links — lives in a local database on your machine. Search, navigation, and review stay fast and work offline. Cloud handles sync, ingestion, and optional AI services.

Will LifeRunner act on my behalf?

Only with your permission, and only along the trust ladder. Most early agents read, suggest, and draft. Sending, creating, or modifying happens with confirmation — never silently.

Does it replace my email or task app?

No. LifeRunner connects to Gmail, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Google Calendar, and your contacts — and works alongside them. Asana, ClickUp, Monday, and document repositories are on the roadmap.

How is this different from an AI chatbot?

Chatbots wait for you to ask. LifeRunner watches the work graph for moments that matter — before meetings, when due dates approach, when replies arrive — and surfaces the few things you'd be upset to miss.

Is my data private?

Your work graph lives locally. Sync is encrypted. AI enrichment is opt-in and scoped. External agents access only what you permit, when you permit it, with full audit trails and instant revocation.
